Six-Axis Laser Cutting Machine

The robotic three-dimensional laser cutting machine is a highly efficient fusion of a six-axis industrial robotic arm and a fiber laser. Paired with a lightweight design three-dimensional specialized anti-collision cutting head, it is capable of achieving spatial curve trajectory cutting of three-dimensional coverings or irregular pipes. It can also incorporate multiple additional axes to achieve seven-axis or eight-axis linkage.

3D Five-Axis Gantry Laser Cutting Machine

In the field of three-dimensional laser cutting, the robot’s three-dimensional laser cutting machine consists of a six-axis serially connected, cantilevered structure. This structure has significant bottlenecks in both cutting speed and cutting precision. For customers in industries such as hot-formed steel and precision metal parts, this structure cannot meet the end customers’ requirements for accuracy and efficiency. Therefore, we have developed a high-precision five-axis laser cutting machine for this purpose. The machine employs a high-energy conversion efficiency fiber laser and utilizes an infinitely rotating dual-pivot cutting head. It is also equipped with a CNC machine tool’s standard configuration, resulting in a quick machine response and high cutting precision.
